The Bathini family, residents of Hyderabad City, South India, claim they can cure asthma using a home-made remedy, 'Fish Prasadam'.

The treatment involves swallowing small live fish filled with special yellow coloured medicine, made by the family.

At the end of March, the shareholders of Pharmaq entered into an agreement with the Permira funds concerning the sale of all shares of Pharmaq Holding. All conditions in the agreement are now fulfilled and the transaction was completed on the 31st of May 2013.

Pharmaq's management and employees will continue to hold a significant stake in the company.
