14/04/2015: Pictures: Chinese fish farm loses 100 tonnes of fish overnight to mystery pollutant

On Friday morning a fish farmer in Huizhou, Guangdong Province woke to find thousands of his fish floating belly-up, The Mail Online reports. 

He and his staff rushed to clear the lake of the bodies - piling them in stinking heaps on the shore – and to add sackloads of salt to the water to re-establish the chemical balance and save any fish that may remain.

As it is, he says he has lost over UK£110,000 in sales, and will probably need a decade to make up the losses.
