10/11/2017: Taiwan hosts its third annual International Fisheries and Seafood Show in Kaoshiung

Taiwan International Fisheries and Seafood show 2017 opened yesterday in Kaohsiung on the south-western tip of the country. More stands, more visitors and more business was expected to be done at this year's event, the third in an annual series so far.

 Many officials were on hand to participate in the opening which included a 'wine pouring' ceremony that will be preserved and presented at the opening of the event in 2018.




The opening presentations were made by the joint-organisers of the event, TAITRA and MyExhibition.

The show is running from November 9-11, 2017 at the Kaoshiung Exhibition Centre in the heart of the city. It brings together the upper, middle and lower streams of the industry alongside industry, government, academia and research institutions.

Mr Liu Shih-Chung, vicve-Chairman of TAITRA and Mr Bali Change, President of MyExhibtion introduced this year's event.
